Grocery Shopping & Delivery

$9.99 plus 20% of your receipt total

Example: Your grocery list totals $85. Delivery fee of $9.99 + $17(20%) comes to a total of $111.99.

Sam's Club Pickup & Delivery

$25 within 8 miles plus $2 per additional mile

Do you shop at multiple stores?

Yes! Please keep in mind there is a $4.99 charge per additional store we shop at.


When do I get my delivery?

Orders will be delivered during the 1 hour window you select. Orders placed for same day delivery must be placed at least 4 hours in advance. ex: Placed order at 2:00pm, delivery must be for 6:00pm or later. Orders placed after 8:00pm must be scheduled for 10:00am or later the next day.


Can I change or add additions after I submit my order

You may email changes or additions to your order to Contact@DoorwayDeliveries.com up until 2 hours before the beginning of your delivery window. After that, any changes are not guaranteed to be made on your order.


Alcohol, tobacco, and lottery tickets?

No. We are not able to deliver your alcohol, tobacco or lottery tickets.


How do I pay?

We will have a receipt from the grocery store when we arrive. We will calculate your fee and give you your total. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and cash. We use Square to process debit and credit cards. Our drivers do not carry change unless you specify that you will be paying in cash. They do not carry more than $20 in change. We do not accept bills over $20.


Do I need my grocery list to be extremely detailed?

We want you to be satisfied with your groceries. We ask you to be as specific as you can. If we are unsure of items we will contact you to confirm your selections. We find that Brand / Flavor / Quantity / Size are important in finding your items.


What if the store is out of stock?

Items that are out of stock at the store are replaced by similar items unless you indicated otherwise on the order form. What are similar items ? If brand is not available, Doorway Deliveries will select the brand closest in quality to the brand you selected. If a specific size is out of stock we will select the identical product in a smaller size.


Can I place orders for a 3rd party?

Yes. Please provide the recipient's information in the "Your Information" boxes and provide your information in the billing section. We will call you for payment when we are finished shopping.


Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation: Orders must be cancelled at least 1.5 hours before the beginning of your delivery time to avoid paying a cancellation fee. If you cancel your order less than 1.5 hours before the beginning of your delivery time, we will return any items that the store will take back. You will be billed for any remaining items as well as a $20.00 cancellation fee. You will receive the bill via email and it is due by 8:00pm that day. Failure to pay your bill will result in being banned from using our service and having your bill turned over to collections after 30 days of nonpayment.

Rescheduling: If something comes up and you will not be able to take your delivery at the scheduled time, please let us know at least 1.5 hours before the beginning of your delivery time. Let us know the new time you would like. You will not need to submit a new order form.

If we arrive at your house and you are not there or do not come to the door, we will call you. If we still cannot make the delivery after 10 minutes we will leave. We will then send you an email stating that we could not reach you and that you must contact us within an hour to reschedule the delivery. A $10.00 redelivery fee will be added to your bill. The $10.00 redelivery fee will also apply to orders rescheduled less than 1.5 hours before the beginning of your delivery time.

If you do not contact us within an hour to reschedule, the order will be treated as a cancellation.




How do I register an account?

Registering an account is easy. Once you place your first order you will have the option to register. Simply choose a password and your done. Next time you visit click the "login" in the top right of the order form and your previous information and your last grocery list will be autofilled for easy reordering.
